News Summary:

AppsFlyer's SDK was implicated in a breach that enabled theft, as highlighted in a March 19 cybersecurity incident roundup by Information Security Media Group. This follows an AppsFlyer Web SDK supply-chain compromise identified on March 18, linked to a polymorphic crypto stealer. This stealer, based on a JavaScript exploit framework, was initially observed in early 2025 used by a commercial surveillance vendor against iOS devices, and by July 2025, a suspected Russian espionage group reportedly used it to inject into Ukrainian industrial and retail websites. Previously, on March 14, AppsFlyer appointed Alexia Nakad as general manager for Western Europe and the Middle East. Based in London, Nakad will lead the company’s strategic expansion across both regions as AppsFlyer develops its omni-channel marketing and data collaboration capabilities.
