VOO is a privately-owned Belgian pay TV provider with approximately 950 employees and headquarters in Belgium. A subsidiary of Orange Europe, VOO resulted from the merger of eight Walloon cable companies (Igeho, Inatel, Intermosane, Seditel, Simogel, Telelux, Interest-Interost, and Ideatel), initially formed by Brutélé and Télédis. It is the leading cable operator in Wallonia and also operates in part of the Brussels Region. In 2020, VOO's revenue was less than $250 million. While primarily offering pay TV services, it also provides mobile services in partnership with Telenet. Currently, Nethys and Brutélé are the primary owners.
