This agreement advances Egypt’s Eastern Digital Corridor and aligns with Telecom Egypt's new strategy. This followed a definitive agreement formalized on September 4, 2026, with PSL to deploy a highly advanced unrepeatered submarine telecommunications cable along the Sinai Peninsula.
