On July 3, 2026, Synamedia appointed Dr Tzvi Gerstl, previously its Chief Strategy Officer, as Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and reshape its trajectory in the ad-tech landscape. Paul Segre, who served as CEO for six years, transitioned to Executive Chairman to provide strategic guidance. Also on July 3, Synamedia's Senior Director of Edge CDN Solutions, Robin Oakley, and Telxius's Head of Product, Esther Fernández, discussed their partnership aimed at assisting content providers in developing resilient multi-CDN strategies across the Americas and Europe. Earlier, on July 2, Lumine Group acquired Synamedia's Video Network business.
