Earlier, on July 3, Bouygues Telecom S.A. was placed on CreditWatch Negative after announcing on June 6 its signing of a memorandum of understanding with Altice France to acquire a portion of its assets, with Orange and Free-Iliad group also planning similar acquisitions.
