Walt Disney Animation Studios recently marked the 10th anniversary of its Short Circuit Experimental Films program on March 17, an initiative allowing any studio employee to pitch and create their own short film projects. On March 13, the blockbuster film *Zootopia 2*, which collected nearly $1.9 billion worldwide to become the highest-grossing film in Walt Disney Animation Studios' history, launched streaming in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi on the Indian OTT space. This followed the film's global availability on Disney+ starting March 11, where it streams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The 2025 movie follows rookie cops Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they investigate a mysterious case within the animal metropolis of Zootopia. Previously, on March 5, Disney Animation announced Disney+ would debut "Songs in Sign Language" on April 27, featuring three newly reimagined and animated musical sequences from recent Walt Disney Animation Studios features in American Sign Language (ASL).
