Operating as a tier 2 media tech buyer, the company specializes in broadcast television and radio. It functions as an organizer of four Austrian free TV programs: PULS 4, ATV, ATV II, and PULS 24. On March 17, 2026, ProSiebenSat.1 Puls 4 entered a new strategic partnership with DAZN, taking over advertising sales for the sports streamer in Austria. This agreement positions Austria's largest commercial broadcaster to assume responsibility for DAZN’s full advertising inventory, aiming to strengthen premium sports monetization in the country’s connected TV (CTV) market by combining DAZN’s live sports rights with Puls 4’s video sales infrastructure. Previously, on February 1, 2026, Puls 4 reported significant growth for January, increasing its market share by 22% to 4.9%, making it the strongest Austrian private TV broadcaster. During the same period, ATV achieved a 4.2% market share, growing by 6%, and led prime time among private TV broadcasters between 8:15 PM and 10:00 PM with a 6.7% market share, an increase of 17%.
