Previously, on June 13, 2026, the game received the Advanced Server Patch 2.1.90 update, which delivered adjustments and buffs to various heroes, along with other mode changes and a newly revamped hero for the advanced server. Earlier, on May 19, 2026, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang launched its Global Skin Design Contest 2026, inviting artists and creators worldwide to submit original hero skin concepts based on the theme "Era of Awakening: The Clash of Two Destinies," with submissions closing on June 21, 2026.
