The World Nineball Tour announced an agreement with ESPN on June 30, 2026, to broadcast the 2026 Mosconi Cup, scheduled for November 27-30, and the 2026 US Open Pool Championship, from August 25-30, to fans across the United States. Previously, on June 25, the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) established a new broadcast agreement with ESPN, bringing five of its events, including the World Darts Championship, World Matchplay, Grand Slam of Darts, and World Grand Prix, live to ESPN2 and ESPN+ in the U.S. On June 24, Matchroom Talent Agency added UFC title challenger Ian Machado Garry to its roster; Garry is scheduled to challenge Islam Makhachev for the UFC Welterweight Championship on August 15 at UFC 330.
