The company, founded in 2003 with approximately 500 employees, specializes in media and TV services. It functions as a Filipino over-the-top media service and production company, tracing its roots to the launch of ABS-CBNnow!, one of the first Internet television and video on demand platforms in the Philippines designed primarily for overseas Filipinos. The platform offers on-demand content from ABS-CBN and livestreams linear channels, including Kapamilya Channel, DZMM TeleRadyo, Jeepney TV, ANC (premium), Knowledge Channel, MOR Entertainment, and Myx.
