Ictimai Television, also known as İTV, a state-owned entity headquartered in Azerbaijan, is a tier 1 media tech buyer. Established by law in November 2004, İTV commenced linear broadcasts on August 29, 2005, created as the country's first independent public broadcaster, operating under a statutory corporation governed by a nine-member Broadcasting Council.
On June 10, 2026, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, reported in an exclusive interview with AZERTAC and İTV that the country achieved significant progress in combating shadow employment, specifically addressing citizens working without employment contracts and lacking social protection. Previously on June 9, Minister Jabbarov explained to AZERTAC and İTV that Azerbaijan's economic success over past decades stems from its model of directing additional revenues primarily into reserves. He further noted that the extension of incentive measures in Karabakh and East Zangezur is currently under consideration in Azerbaijan.
