Deltatre announced a deal to acquire Endeavor Streaming from Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. on Tuesday, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2025. Following the acquisition, Deltatre announced that Endeavor Streaming is now officially part of the company. Separately, Deltatre reached a five-year partnership with Italy’s Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) to develop and run all aspects of LBA’s production, operations, third-party distribution, and DTC OTT offering. Ahead of the 2025-26 LBA season, Deltatre will implement a new distribution strategy with third-party partners and launch LBA’s new DTC streaming service, LBATV.
