Cloudbass is a privately owned company based in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2012, with approximately 20 employees, the company specializes in media managed services. Functioning as Cloudbass Graphics, it creates live broadcast graphics for television productions.
On September 18, 2026, Cloudbass expanded its fleet with two next-generation outside broadcast (OB) trucks, OB20 and OB21, which are specifically designed for remote production and built around Calrec's Argo M console. Under a four-year contract to deliver 104 football matches per season for a leading UK sports broadcaster, OB20 was equipped with a 48-fader Argo M, dual Calrec ImPulse1 cores, and an RP1 remote production engine. OB21 carries a 24-fader Argo M alongside a second RP1. Earlier in September, it was revealed that Cloudbass selected Calrec's compact IP-native Argo M to anchor the audio ecosystem for these trucks, which were purpose-built by dB Broadcast and designed around the SMPTE 2110 IP standard.
