Blue Entertainment, also known as teleclube, is a privately owned company headquartered in Switzerland, operating under the Swisscom Group. Founded in 1989, the company employs approximately 190 individuals and reported $61.4M in revenue as of 2023. Functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer, the company operates as a subscription service, offering movie and entertainment content.
On March 19, 2026, Swisscom announced that its subsidiary Fastweb, alongside Vodafone and TIM, entered into a non-binding agreement to develop and operate up to 6000 new mobile towers in Italy. This joint initiative aims to support the swift deployment of 5G networks nationwide, improve cost efficiency, and align operational efficiency and costs with European averages while ensuring infrastructure quality and technological flexibility for next-generation networks. Swisscom specified that the integration of this joint venture into its accounts will not impact free cash flow. Earlier on the same day, the Swiss telecommunications provider stated the initiative will initially be implemented through a 50/50 joint venture structure, with the intention to add third-party investors to further improve capital efficiency.
