The partnership allows businesses to transition from legacy telephony systems to cloud-based voice solutions embedded within Google’s ecosystem, including Google Workspace and Google Voice. This integration of BICS’ global network infrastructure with Google’s collaboration tools aims to standardize communications across international operations while enhancing scalability, reliability, and security for enterprises.
