Earlier on April 29, research by Omdia indicated that mainland China's cloud infrastructure services spending increased 26% year-on-year to $14.7 billion in Q4 2025, marking the third consecutive quarter of over 20% growth, driven by AI and agent growth. On April 28, Alibaba Cloud announced that its large model service platform, Baolian, would reduce the billing unit price for the implicit cache of the DeepSeek-V4-Pro model to 1 yuan per million tokens, effective April 29, 2026.
