The controlling shareholder and actual controller planned to sell 5.1% of the company's stakes. A strategic partnership with HGC Global Communications was announced on May 14, 2024, to expand into the Southeast Asian cloud market, starting in Thailand. This partnership aims to jointly expand into the cloud market in Southeast Asia.
