Zappware Entertainment Group International (ZEGi) announced on September 7, 2026, that Orange Belgium signed a new four-year agreement for the continued delivery and evolution of its TV platform, subscribing to ZEGi's NEXX5 product roadmap. This agreement aims to provide a continuous stream of new features, device support, and platform capabilities, including themed "Worlds of Entertainment" and an insights engine designed for greater engagement and monetization opportunities. ZEGi also plans to introduce NEXX5 Loop, a new data and analytics layer for marketing and editorial teams, at IBC 2026, scheduled from September 11-14. This follows ZEGi's announcement on July 9, 2026, of its contribution to the new Orange Belgium TV Box, which commercially launched the previous week. For this launch, ZEGi delivered the operator-customized launcher and TV applications, providing Orange customers a consistent branded experience atop the Android TV ecosystem. The company previously showcased its NEXX5 entertainment platform at IBC 2024.
Zappware's customers primarily consist of telecoms companies. Examples of Zappware's customers include A1 Group, SFR and KPN. Zappware has commercial and technical partners like Broadcom, ZTE and Cisco.
