Earlier, on June 16, the Oklahoma City Council approved final plans on June 2 for an indoor softball practice facility at Devon Park, a project funded through the City's 2025 Bond program. On June 11, USA Softball announced it would host an invite-only High Performance Program (HPP) Top Performers Camp from June 22–25 at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, bringing together over 70 top performers from the prior year's National Selection Event.
