The tribunal affirmed the impending revocation as lawful, valid, and in accordance with the Kenya Information and Communications Act, allowing the CA to proceed with switching off the six broadcasting platforms of the 124-year-old publishing and broadcasting entity over KES 48.87 million in debt.
