Horjun TV, a privately owned company developed by Doly Horjun / Sanly Horjun and headquartered in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, was founded in 2021. It operates as a commercial over-the-top (OTT) media platform and online streaming application, functioning as a direct-to-consumer digital video hub. The service delivers a catalog of on-demand feature films, foreign teledramas, cartoons, educational programming, music video clips, and live linear TV channels. Initially launched as a free streaming platform, it expanded into premium subscription models, including Horjun Prime in December 2023 with HD/4K playback. Horjun TV utilizes Over-the-Top (OTT) IP data streaming as its primary transmission method to reach audiences across domestic mobile and broadband telecommunications networks.
