Founded in 2020, the entity functions as a commercial pay-TV operator, satellite service provider, and digital streaming platform. It was launched to expand multi-channel television accessibility across Central Asia. The company broadcasts national and international linear channels, encompassing news, sports, entertainment, and film networks originating from Europe, Asia, Russia, and Turkey. These services are delivered via the TurkmenÄlem 52.0°E / MonacoSat satellite infrastructure, in addition to local IPTV and over-the-top (OTT) networks.
