Belet is a privately owned company based in Turkmenistan. Founded in 2021, the company specializes in media and TV services. Developed by JAN Tehnologiýa HJ in strategic partnership with state telecommunications operators Türkmentelecom and AGTS, Belet operates as a digital entertainment ecosystem and over-the-top (OTT) service umbrella in Turkmenistan. It functions as a direct-to-consumer digital gateway, providing subscriber access to localized video streaming (Belet Film), user video hosting (Belet Video), live television, and high-definition sports distribution, including UEFA Champions League coverage in 4K. The platform utilizes Over-the-Top (OTT) IP data networks and managed broadband IPTV hardware integrations, such as the Belet Box, as its primary transmission types to deliver multi-device streaming.
