On September 10, 2026, EWE Aktiengesellschaft issued a preliminary announcement regarding the publication of its financial reports, complying with Articles 114, 115, and 117 of the German Securities Act (WpHG). Earlier the same day, Deutsche Windtechnik confirmed it will return to provide technical services for 30 Siemens SWT-3.6-120 wind turbines at the Riffgat offshore wind farm for operator EWE, with work set to begin on January 1, 2027. This contract, which has an initial two-year term and includes three annual extension options, marks Deutsche Windtechnik's return to a wind farm it previously serviced until the end of 2021. Previously, on July 15, 2026, Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE secured a contract from EWE Netz GmbH, a subsidiary of German energy supplier EWE AG, to construct a hydrogen pipeline in Germany.
