Privately owned Clouds Media Group, also known as CMG, is headquartered in Tanzania. Founded in 1998 by Joseph Kusaga and the late Ruge Mutahaba, the company specializes in broadcast television and radio. Functioning as a multimedia conglomerate in East Africa, its operational footprint encompasses terrestrial radio stations, linear television networks, OTT video platforms, digital media publishing, and large-scale event marketing and concert production, with an emphasis on Tanzanian youth culture, pop entertainment, and urban radio.
