The league was officially launched in 2020 and features teams from all three countries.
On September 8, 2026, Hubo Limburg United brought Achile Spadone, a 22-year-old Swiss player, on board for two months. Assistant coach Niels Marnegrave identified Spadone through the Swiss national team. Previously, on September 4, AB InBev Leuven Bears signed Eise van Wayenburg, a 19-year-old, 2.05-meter Dutch forward who developed in the Dutch youth academy. Earlier, on September 2, Landstede Hammers added Marko Saveljić, a player from its own Academy, to its first-team roster, where he progressed through various academy teams. On September 1, Windrose Giants Antwerp welcomed 16-year-old Belgian point guard Youssef Zagdoud from Bavi Vilvoorde; Zagdoud was a key player for the Belgian U16 Lions at the European Championship. This followed AB InBev Leuven Bears' addition of Bine Prepelic on August 20. The 2.00-meter Slovenian previously played two seasons for Spirou Basket in Belgium.
