Bedrock, also known as Bedrock Streaming, is a privately owned company based in France. Jointly owned by RTL Group and M6 Group, the company was founded in 2020 and employs approximately 280 individuals. It reported $45.9M in revenue as of 2024. As a tier 2 media tech buyer, Bedrock specializes in video business systems, functioning as a video platform and OVP provider.
On April 29, 2026, Bedrock began pre-leasing for The Belle, its newest downtown Detroit residence. This collection of 42 apartments and ground floor retail space is located in a century-old Beaux-Arts building at 1346 Broadway St. Previously, on April 28, the real estate firm owned by billionaire Dan Gilbert secured a $150 million state bond. This financing is allocated to complete four major downtown projects: the Hudson’s Tower, the Book Tower, an expanded Campus Martius, and the new Cadillac Square development, supporting Bedrock's large-scale redevelopment initiatives.
Bedrock's customers primarily consist of broadcast Media Production and Distribution and broadcast television and radio companies. Examples of Bedrock's customers include RTL Group, RTL Netherlands and M6 Group. Examples of Bedrock's suppliers include Unified Streaming and Synamedia.
