This collection of 42 apartments and ground floor retail space is located in a century-old Beaux-Arts building at 1346 Broadway St. Previously, on April 28, the real estate firm owned by billionaire Dan Gilbert secured a $150 million state bond. This financing is allocated to complete four major downtown projects: the Hudson’s Tower, the Book Tower, an expanded Campus Martius, and the new Cadillac Square development, supporting Bedrock's large-scale redevelopment initiatives.
