Previously, on June 30, Bending Spoons priced its Nasdaq IPO above its marketed $26 to $28 range, targeting a valuation of roughly $19 billion, and prepared to debut on the Nasdaq under the ticker BSP. Earlier, on June 23, the firm sought to raise as much as $1.62 billion through an initial public offering, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. This followed reports on June 22 that Bending Spoons planned to market 58 million shares at $26 to $28 in its US IPO. Separately, on June 19, WeTransfer announced over 100 improvements to its file sharing experience for both senders and recipients.
