On April 21, 2026, Waves Audio announced a series of new products and updates, including fader expansions, mixing consoles, and processing engines, slated for display at NAB 2026. Among these is the eMotion LV1 Control, a fader expansion designed to increase the fader count for Waves LV1 live mixing consoles. Earlier, on April 19, Waves Audio showcased its eMotion LV1 Classic mixing console at this year's NAB Show, specifically for live production and broadcast workflows. This mixer, recently honored with the 41st Annual NAMM Technical Excellence & Creativity (TEC) Award for outstanding technical achievement in the Small Format Console Technology category, provides up to 80 stereo channels and 52 buses. On April 18, Music Mix Mobile (M3), an industry-leading remote broadcast facility, utilized Waves SuperRack LiveBox and Immersive Wrapper, along with other Waves tools, to capture performances at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. Concurrently on April 18, Waves Audio also unveiled its Immersive Wrapper, a tool that transforms VST3 mono plugins into immersive multichannel processors for broadcast audio professionals. This followed the announcement of eMo IEM, an immersive in-ear monitor mixing plugin for eMotion LV1 mixers, which brings 360° panning for in-ear mixing during live shows.
