This follows developments on April 16, 2026, regarding Christian satellite television, which has broadcast evangelical faith and end-times prophecies into Iran for decades. Despite attempts to confiscate them, thousands of satellite dishes on Tehran’s rooftops continued to pick up signals originating beyond Iran’s borders, including during a period when the United States and Israel began striking Iran on February 28, 2026.
