On February 6, 2026, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) stated its disagreement with the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) organization's view that "modernization" of the FCC’s national television ownership cap should be shunned, advocating for rule changes. Earlier, on January 23, TBN announced it would broadcast "MOSES," an acclaimed stage production from Sight & Sound Theatres. This followed the November 17, 2025, report that Meritage Homes purchased TBN's former 6-acre Costa Mesa headquarters at 3150 Bear Street for $44.5 million, with plans for residential redevelopment. Previously, on November 16, 2025, TBN confirmed it would broadcast and stream YouVersion’s "Beyond a Billion Celebration," a historic event commemorating one billion installs of the YouVersion family of bible apps.
