Traffic Broadcasting System, also known as TBS, is a privately owned South Korean broadcast television and radio company headquartered in South Korea. Founded in 1990, the company employs approximately 400 individuals and functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. While originally operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and focused on real-time traffic and weather information, it transitioned into a private broadcasting station in 2024, now providing a general mix of content. Its channels and stations include TBS TV, which televises general news, documentaries, information, and sports (including K League football matches); TBS FM (95.1 MHz, call sign HLST-FM), a comprehensive radio channel that broadcasts 24 hours a day with news, music, current affairs, and traffic information; and TBS eFM (101.3 MHz, call sign HLSW-FM), a separate channel that broadcasts in foreign languages such as English and Chinese.
