This followed the establishment of Zhangjiajie Mango Cultural Tourism Co. Ltd. by Mango Excellent Media and Dianguang Media on December 29, 2025. The new entity, with a registered capital of 180 million yuan, includes Internet information services, construction engineering design and construction, and catering services within its business scope.
