Hitachi Kokusai Electric Comark, a privately owned US-based company founded in 1972, provides connectivity infrastructure. Employing approximately 30 people, the company generated roughly $25 million in revenue in 2024. A subsidiary of Hitachi Kokusai Electric, its primary focus is the design and manufacture of high-power radio frequency (RF) technology, including solid-state and tube-type broadcasting transmitters and related components. This expertise also extends to applications in scientific and medical fields, such as particle accelerators and fusion research.
Hitachi Kokusai Electric Comark signed a partnership agreement with Vislink on 14th February 2023, appointing Comark as an authorized reseller integrator. Comark also introduced the new E-Compact EC700HP-BB3 series high-efficiency air-cooled solid-state UHF DTV transmitter. Furthermore, the company delivered a transmit antenna for the initial launch of Sinclair Broadcast Group’s NextGen TV.
