On February 19, 2026, HD Plus appointed Raoul Ibler to head its marketing division, consolidating responsibility for sales and marketing under his existing role as Head of Commercial. This move aims to align market communication more closely with retail partners and strengthen the company's customer-focused strategy. Previously, on September 26, 2025, SES and HD PLUS GmbH announced plans for closer cooperation in Germany, following a leadership change. Christoph Mühleib, Managing Director at SES in Germany, was slated to take over as the new Managing Director of HD PLUS GmbH and join its management board with effect from October 1, 2025.
