Haymon Sports, also known as Hayman Boxing Management, is a privately owned company headquartered in the US, founded in 2014, and employs approximately 30 individuals. On March 20, 2026, the careers of the Charlo Brothers, once considered long-term anchors of the Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) era, derailed over the last five years due to consistent withdrawals, failed negotiations, and repeated false dawns. Previously, on March 15, David Benavidez’s team, led by his father and trainer Jose Benavidez Sr., shelved a potential world title fight, with Benavidez now targeting other champions at light-heavyweight and cruiserweight. Benavidez will headline a PBC card on May 2 against Gilberto Ramirez at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Earlier in March, on the 5th, Rolly Romero signed to fight Devin Haney on May 30 in a welterweight unification bout at Barclays Center in New York; Haney is in serious conversations to finalize the fight. WBA champion Romero (17-2, 13 KOs) and WBO welterweight belt holder Haney (33-0, 15 KOs) are slated to compete under the PBC banner on Prime Video/PPV.com. This followed news from December 5, 2025, when a WBC World Lightweight Interim Title match between Stephen Fulton and O'Shaquie Foster was suddenly changed as part of a Premier Boxing Champions event that also included the weigh-in for a WBC World Super Featherweight Title match at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas.
