The report, summarizing a survey of 2500 global employees and IT leaders on AI use and sentiment, revealed that 83% of employees fear being fired for an AI-related mistake. This finding came despite artificial intelligence saving employees an average of 2.3 hours daily, exposing a widening trust gap between the technology’s productivity promise and workplace safeguards, with poor governance fueling fear and missed opportunities.
