Previously, on July 22, three reporters from Daily Mail and The i Paper were recognized in Journalism UK’s list of 30 journalists doing notable work on TikTok for their engagement with audiences and reporting showcase. This followed The Knowledge, an Associated Newspapers brand, being named Best Daily Newsletter at the Publisher Podcast & Newsletter Awards on July 15, surpassing competitors such as the BBC and Financial Times. Earlier, on July 14, Ray Massey concluded his 31-year tenure as the Daily Mail’s motoring editor, marking the end of a four-decade career on Fleet Street.
