On September 9, 2026, Divitel completed the acquisition of the Dimetis BOSS Broadcast Manager platform and its full engineering and support team. Concurrently, the specialist in data-driven intelligence for video and broadband operations opened a German engineering location in Dietzenbach, where the acquired team is now based. This followed an agreement announced on September 7, 2026, where the Dutch video services provider stated its intention to purchase the broadcast management software platform from technology company Dimetis for an undisclosed sum, with completion anticipated that same month. The BOSS Broadcast Manager platform provides capabilities for monitoring media workflow automation, configuration, and control of streaming and IPTV services.
