News Summary:

On March 18, 2026, DigiCAP introduced AIOps for ATSC 3.0, a system designed to manage increasingly complex operations as station groups scale with cloud-native containerized infrastructure. Previously, on February 26, 2026, a Proof-of-Concept deployment demonstrated the practical coexistence of ATSC 3.0 and 5G Broadcast systems through Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), culminating in the first commercial deployment that simultaneously transmitted both services from a single broadcast station. Earlier, on January 26, 2026, DigiCap announced an operating loss of 23 billion won on an individual basis for the prior year, marking a 42.7% widening of its deficit. This followed Digital Capital Partners (DigiCap)'s acquisition of PAIRIN, an AI-based workforce development software platform, on May 20, 2025. The transaction represented DigiCap’s second investment in six months, its first in the Enterprise Software marketplace, and its third overall.
