Devsisters, a publicly owned company headquartered in South Korea, was founded in 2007 and operates with approximately 300 employees. The company specializes in manufacturing and developing mobile entertainment and gaming applications, notably known as the developer of Cookie Run. Devsisters utilizes instant messaging platforms such as KakaoTalk and LINE for its offerings.
Devsisters will release "Legend of the Spirit Weapons," a new "CookieRun: Braverse TCG" booster set, into retail on January 22, 2027, a set initially teased as BS-13 following new distribution agreement announcements. Previously, on September 7, Devsisters announced it began pre-registration on September 4 for "CookieRun: Card Collection," a Roblox-based random card generator (RCG) simulation game focused on collecting and upgrading cards, which adapts the "CookieRun: Braverse Card Game." The "CookieRun: Braverse Card Game" will also enter the European market in January 2027; the company plans to release its 13th booster pack in late January and introduce Brave League, an organized play program, at local card shops. This expansion follows Devsisters' September 3 signing of new distribution agreements to expand the "CookieRun TCG's" hobby distribution footprint, adding Peachstate Hobby Distribution and Universal Distribution US, which will carry "CookieRun TCG: Braverse" starting in January 2027. In late August, China's National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) granted a foreign import game license to "CookieRun: Tower of Adventures," one of three South Korean gaming IPs to receive approval as of August 28.
