Bolivarian Communication and Information System, also known as SiBCI or Sistema Bolivariano de Comunicación e Información, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Venezuela. Founded in 2006, it functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The system focuses on broadcast television and radio, serving as the official state communication and information system of Venezuela. Headquartered in Caracas, SiBCI operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of People's Power for Communication and Information (MippCI). It serves as the centralized organizational framework for all government-owned media assets, with a primary mission to manage and disseminate the Venezuelan state's official narrative, ensuring communicational sovereignty through an extensive network of television, radio, print, and digital platforms.
