On April 23, 2026, Kura Sushi USA announced a partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment America for a limited-time Tamagotchi Bikkura Pon dining experience, celebrating the brand’s 30th anniversary with exclusive sushi plates and capsule prizes available at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations from May 1 through June. Previously, on April 19, Dimps and Bandai Namco revealed Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 will launch for PC and consoles in 2027. The story-driven RPG, initially unveiled as Dragon Ball: AGE 1000 in January, features a completely new Dragon Ball experience. Earlier on the same day, during Sunday's Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour, the company announced that a Summer 2026 update for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero will add more than 30 new characters, several new stages, costumes, a new game mode, and combat tweaks. This follows news from April 16 that Bandai Namco continues to release patches and updates for Tekken 8, aiming to address community concerns regarding its DLC choices and previous patches that players have deemed "unplayable," despite the game's initial critical reception.
