Xazar TV, a State Owned commercial broadcasting network and digital media enterprise, is headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan. Launched in October 2007, succeeding the earlier STV Xazar feed, the company was acquired in March 2020 by the SOCAR Media group. Functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer, Xazar TV specializes in broadcast television and radio. It operates out of the Xazar Media Center, one of the largest broadcast production centers in the Transcaucasus region.
