Previously, on September 26, 2025, Sunset Pier 94 Studios, Manhattan's first purpose-built film and television soundstages, prepared for business. Sunset Studios, a joint venture between Hudson Pacific Properties and private equity firm Blackstone, also operates four lots in the Los Angeles area.
