This followed Giovanni Carnevali’s departure from Sassuolo, where he served as CEO for 12 years, to assume the chief executive position at Juventus. Juventus appointed Carnevali on June 11, replacing Damien Comolli amid a front office shake-up initiated by owner John Elkann.
