People's Television Network

People's Television Network, also known as PTNI or PTV, is a state-owned entity headquartered in the Philippines. Founded in 1974 and employing approximately 500 individuals, it operates as a broadcast television and radio provider and is recognized as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The network serves as the flagship government-owned and controlled television network of the Philippines, operating under the supervision of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO). It acts as the primary media vehicle for the Philippine government, mandated to provide impartial information, education, and cultural programming to the Filipino people. PTNI also provides coverage of presidential activities, legislative sessions, and national emergencies.
