Orange's Board of Directors appointed Frédéric Sanchez as Chairman on March 20, 2026. This followed Orange Business launching Live Collaboration on March 17, a suite of sovereign collaboration tools hosted on Cloud Avenue, aligning with the Orange Group's "Trust the Future" strategic plan. Earlier on March 17, Orange announced it purchased treasury shares through its share buyback program. The company acquired these shares to meet obligations for long-term incentive plans for corporate officers and senior employees, which are conditional on presence and performance, aiming to involve key managers in the success of its strategic plan.
