On September 10, 2026, the Clásico de México, featuring soccer teams Chivas de Guadalajara and Club América, sold out in under a week for its October 4 match at the Oakland Coliseum. This follows the August 10 announcement of beabadoobee's Powerlines Tour playing at the Oakland Arena. Earlier, on July 24, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was scheduled to perform at the Oakland Arena. On July 16, J. Cole's The Fall-Off Tour was also announced for the Oakland Arena.
