On April 2, 2025, the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) issued non-bailable warrants against three directors of Direct News Private Limited. This action resulted from an application filed by Nxt Digital Limited, a company under Hinduja Global Solutions within the Hinduja Group, related to a payment dispute.
