On March 20, 2026, NTT DATA partnered with Splunk to offer AI-driven fraud and financial crime detection solutions and to accelerate journeys to Industry 4.0. Earlier on the same day, NTT DATA presented findings from a study conducted by Everest Group titled "Future of Work 2030." This study, based on interviews with 330 global enterprises, revealed a decisive shift towards convergence, modular technology, AI-driven work, frontline parity, and outcome-based experiences, projecting that 81% of enterprises expect to unify workplace, network, and field services under a single outcome-based contract by 2030.
